The BS330 (or BS 330) is a disposable plasma bilirubin adsorption column (or cartridge) manufactured by Jafron Biomedical designed to remove bilirubin and bile acids from the bloodstream in patients with high serum levels. It uses polystyrene-divinylbenzene anion exchange resin and is often paired with the HA330-II cartridge in DPMAS therapy
